New Feature: Review Reporting

Information about the new feature and how you can report faulty reviews.

Heads up: Single-review reporting (below) is included on all plans. Bulk moderation, response templates, and Google-review management live in our Premium-tier review management platform. Pricing details.

We've now allowed folks to review reports that they may deem wrong, inappropriate, or offensive.

Here's how to report a faulty review:

1. Click Trips, then Bookings.

2. Scroll down to Review and click Report.

3. Enter your reason for reporting the review and click Submit.

4. You'll see a confirmation that your review was successfully reported.

5. We'll evaluate the reported review and notify you if it's been deleted or will remain as a public review.
