You can see the status of waivers on your dashboard. It'll show you how many need to be signed and any that have been signed.
All waivers that are signed are also stored under Waivers → Signatures in the sidebar.
Waiver status on the booking page
Open any booking and look at the Waivers — X / Y signed section. You'll see each guest's status with a clear badge:
Signed — guest has a valid waiver on file
Pending — waiver invite has been sent but not yet completed
Expired — guest had a waiver but it's no longer valid under your validity rule
For pending guests, you'll also see actions to edit their email and resend the waiver invite directly from this view. Learn more about editing guest emails and resending waivers.
Booking starters can now see their group's status
The person who books a trip can now see the waiver status for everyone in their group from Trips I've Booked — without contacting you. They can also fix a wrong email address themselves, which automatically resends the waiver. Learn more.
See exactly which emails have been sent
The booking page also shows the full waiver email activity — invitations, reminders, resends, and rejections — so you can confirm exactly what each guest has received. Learn more.
