Editing a guest's email and resending their waiver used to require digging through the Tools menu — a flow that wasn't obvious or fast. Now both actions are right where you'd expect them: directly under the Waivers section on the booking detail page.
Where to find it
Open any booking and look at the Waivers — X / Y signed section. For each invited guest who hasn't signed yet, you'll see:
The guest's email address
A pencil Edit icon next to the email — click to fix typos inline
A Resend button — click to send a fresh waiver link to that guest
What happens when you change an email and resend
When you correct an email and resend, Origin invalidates the old waiver invite link before sending a fresh one. The old link can no longer be used, even if a guest finds it in their inbox later — so you don't have to worry about a guest accidentally signing under the wrong identity.
Audit trail
Every resend (and every email change) is logged on the booking, including who triggered it, when, and the old and new email addresses. You can review this from the booking activity log if you ever need to verify what happened.
If you'd rather not have a guest receive any more reminders, see Waiver Notification Settings for how to suppress reminders at the guest, booking, listing, or company level.
