Waiver email activity is now visible on the booking page

The booking detail page now surfaces all waiver-related email activity — invitations, reminders, resends, and rejections.

It used to be hard to know exactly what waiver-related notifications were going out to your guests. Origin highlighted some email activity, but waiver reminders weren't surfaced anywhere obvious. Now they are.

What's new

The booking detail page now shows the full waiver email activity for that booking, including:

  • Waiver invitations sent

  • Reminder emails (and how many have been sent so far)

  • Admin-triggered resends

  • Guest-triggered self-serve resends

  • Rejection emails (when an admin rejects a waiver)

For each event, you'll see the timestamp, who triggered it, and the destination email address.

Why this matters

Outfitters often want to confirm whether a specific guest received a reminder, or how many reminders they've already gotten before reaching out personally. Surfacing this directly on the booking page removes the guesswork — you no longer have to ask Origin support to check the email logs on your behalf.

Pairs well with

If you find yourself wanting to stop sending reminders to a specific guest or booking, see the Waiver Notification Settings article for how to suppress reminders at any level (company, listing, booking, or customer).
