Before, your customers had to call to ask you to change their credit card information in the system. We’ve made it easier on both of you and now they can update it themselves.
How customers can update their credit card information:
The button is located at the bottom of the page and opens a modal to enter the new info.
They need to click Update payment method.
Then they need to enter their credit card details and click Update Card.
Note: This is company-specific and will not change their credit card information for bookings from other companies.
