How to Manually Add Inventory Items to Bookings Later

This is for when you need to add an inventory item after your customer has booked a trip with you.

1. Click Trips, then Bookings.

2. Find your customer by confirmation code, email, or last name, then click on the Date of Purchase.

3. Click on the Inventory box to select the inventory item you want to add to the booking.

4. Click Save.

If you're charging for this additional inventory item, here's how to add a charge:

1. Scroll down on the same page to the Payments section.

2. Click Add Charge.

3. Enter the description of the charge and the amount.

4. Click Save.
