Splitting Credit Card Payments Between Customers Work-Around

You can change the card on file to collect the remaining, but it would still be “attached” to the original customer who paid.

It’s easy to swap out the card on the Customer page:

1. Click on Customers in the left side panel, then find your customer.

2. Click on their name and click the pencil icon next to their Current Card to edit their credit card number.

3. Enter the new credit card number and expiration date.

4. Click Update Card to save changes.
