Your customers can request to reschedule a trip from their "My trips" page under the “Cancel Trip” link.
They can enter their reason, desired rescheduled date, etc. in the pop-up window.
We'll send the company admin an email with this information and a link to reschedule the booking. When it's rescheduled, the user will receive an email confirming it's been updated.
Email Admin Receives:
To reschedule your customer:
Click Reschedule this trip.
Select the trip from the dropdown list (if different from the originally booked trip).
Select the new date and time.
The page will automatically load with the updated date and time.
Your customer will receive an email with the updated date and time.
Note: The guides stay assigned to the new trip.
