How To Update Add-Ons After A Booking Has Been Made

We’ve made it so you can update your add-ons after a customer books a trip with you. This is helpful when a customer calls you before the trip or shows up on the day of the trip missing a key piece of gear (like a helmet).

Here's how to update add-ons after a booking's been made:

  1. Click Customers.

  2. Find your customer and click on their name.

  3. Click the trip name.

  4. Click the pencil icon under the trip title.

  5. Find the add-on and click the "+".

  6. Click Save.

You can charge extra for the add-on by using the same "Add Charge" feature. Depending on your policy, you can use this for all sorts of situations (late charge, missing gear, damaged equipment, etc…)
