You may see Booking and Adventure links on the pop-ups from your Schedule page. Let's talk about what the two mean.

A “Booking” is where you’ll find the purchase. This is the same place where you’d go to refund a customer.

Clicking the Booking link will take you to the Customers Page.

You'll be able to cancel or reschedule the booking, resend waivers, and check in customers. You'll be able to view answers to custom questions, review notes left, refund customers, and add charges.

An “Adventure” is a trip on the calendar that can have multiple bookings inside of it.

Clicking the Adventure link will take you to the Adventures page.

This page lets you email customers, reschedule the trip, leave notes, see all the customers going on the trip, and payment information.
