For when you have a guest who wants to change from one listing to another.
Via Customers
1. Click Customers and find your customer in the list.
2. Click on the Trip Name.
3. Click the Reschedule button.
4. Select the new adventure from the dropdown menu.
5. Pick the date and time.
6. It will automatically refresh the booking to the new listing.
Note: If there's a difference in cost between the two trips, you'll have to make that change manually.
To charge more
1. Scroll down to Payments on the same page and click the pencil icon.
2. Adjust the payment owed based on how much more the new trip costs.
3. Click Save.
To refund
1. Click Refund Via Stripe to refund the deposit paid. If this isn't the difference between the two listings, simply adjust the remaining balance.
2. You can also refund to a gift card by clicking the "Refund to a new gift card" link.
