1. Start by clicking Virtual POS in the left side column.
2. Select the Listing and if your customer is already in your system, select their name.
3. Choose the date and time from the booking widget.
4. Click Book Now.
5. Complete the information for your Customer and complete their booking.
To collect the remaining deposit
1. Click Trips and then Bookings.
2. Click on the Date of Purchase for the trip you're collecting the remaining deposit.
3. Scroll down to Payments and click the hand + money icon.
4. Click OK
You can also reach this page through Customers:
1. Click Customers and find your customer's name, then click it.
2. Click on the Trip Name for the deposit you wish to collect.
3. Scroll down to Payments and click the hand + money icon.
4. Click OK
