You can see this in a few places on Origin.

This will show in Upcoming Trips on your Dashboard. Scroll down to see your upcoming trip add-on details in the left column. Click See All Details to view add-on information as well as the rest of the Booking information. 

To see past or future Booking add-on details:

Find the Booking and click on the Date of Purchase link.

You'll see Add-ons in the left column under the Booking Title.

1. Click Trips, then Bookings.

Find the Adventure and click on Date of Trip.

Scroll down to Customer, then click Open.

You'll see the Add-on details in the left column.

4. Click View Booking.
5. You'll see the Add-on details in the left column.
