To learn about how the Rescheduling functionality works, please read this article.
Click Trips, then Bookings, and click the date of purchase for the booking you want to reschedule.
You can also do this from the Customer's page: Click Customers, then click the customer's name for who you want to reschedule a booking. Click the Trip Name.
Near the top of the Booking page, click "Send Reschedule Email" to allow the customer to choose their reschedule date.
You can also click "Reschedule" to manually reschedule the customer yourself.
