Customer Refunds And Origin's Service Fees

If you collected the full amount for a trip upfront and want to issue a full refund, does the service fee come out of your account or Origin

Our service fee is refunded from us proportional to the amount you refund to your customer. So, if you refund 50%, it will refund our fee the same.

For example, if you refund the full trip cost (including service fee) of $446.25, $425 of that comes from you and $21.25 of that comes from Origin.
