When a Company Admin creates or edits a listing, you can now set a minimum required number of guides for that listing.
This means that the listing won't be available to book unless there are enough guides with that Category to get to the minimum. When the system automatically assigns guides this is the number that will be assigned (The default is 1).
For example, if the minimum number is set to 2, and a trip is booked where only 1 guide would normally be assigned, this will override it and 2 guides will be assigned.
Note: This won't apply to rentals.
How To Set A Minimum Number Of Guides On A Listing
1. Click Listings, then click Standard or Custom (depending on the listing you're creating/editing).
2. Click Create New Listing or find the Listing you want to edit and click the Settings icon.
3. Scroll to the section with "Minimum required guides" and enter the minimum number of guides required for that specific trip to be bookable.
Note: The number of seats or guide ratio does not impact the minimum number of guides per listing. It's just the minimum number of guides that will be required when the listing is booked.
4. Click Next to save changes.
