How To Remove Guests From A Trip

Company admins can remove guests from a trip in the edit booking modal

You'll have to adjust seats separately. This allows you to assign someone else on the trip without affecting spot availability. The new person needs to sign the waiver to join.

Note: You cannot remove the booking's starter.

How To Remove Guests From A Trip:

1. Click on Trips, then Bookings.

2. Click the Date of Purchase next.

3. Click on the pencil icon to edit the number of customers.

4. Click the trashcan icon next to the guest's name, then click OK. When you remove a guest from a trip, this will disconnect their waiver from the booking and remove them from the customer accordion on the adventure page. This cannot be undone.

5. If you're ONLY removing a guest, update the number of seats on the same pop-up screen at the top (screenshot above). Then click Save.

6. If you plan to add a new guest, exit out of the pop-up and click the chain link icon in the Waivers section. Copy the URL and send that to your new guest. The system will collect their information through the waiver process and add that to the Booking.
