We’ve got a sweet new feature for you: A VPOS Pre-Filled Checkout Page. It allows you to create an email-able link that takes them straight to the checkout page with their pre-filled information.
How to use this:
1. Click Virtual POS.
2. Click the Payment Link tab at the top.
3. Enter the Custom Link Name (e.g. 8-Mile Hike, White Rim Trail 3-Day Trip, Hut Trip).
4. Type your Customer's name and email address.
5. Select the Listing they want to reserve and pick the date/time.
6. Click "Next: Email Payment Link."
7. Add an additional message if necessary, then click "Email Payment Link."
8. You'll be redirected to the Payment Links page (found at Payments > Payment Links). You'll see the Customer's name, email address, Listing title, the date the payment link was sent, the date the reservation was paid for, the payment status, and links to resend the payment link via email or copy-paste.
Your guest will receive an email with a link that'll take them straight to the booking page with their information pre-loaded for easier checkout.
They'll need to complete any required fields (e.g. custom questions, waivers, payment). They’ll click "Book Now" to complete their reservation.
