Where To See Customer Answers To Your Questions

How to find the answers to the questions you ask your customers during the check-out process

The questions you ask during the check-out process are stored within Origin. Here's how to find their answers:

From the Home Page:

  1. Scroll down to see upcoming trips (if your listing is not there, click Trips, then click Adventures, then click the date of the trip you want to view).

  2. Click See All Details in the Checkout Questions column.

  3. Scroll down to Questions to view the answers.
