How To Add More Categories To a Guide's Profile

When your guides earn certifications and are ready to lead more trips, you can easily update their categories so they're able to be assigned to more trips. There are two ways to update your guides' categories.

Through Users:

  1. Go to Company Settings

  2. Click Users

  3. Click the calendar icon

  4. Click the Update button

  5. Select the new categories

  6. Click Update

Through Guide Timeline:

  1. Click Guides, then Timeline.

  2. Select the Guide's name you want to edit.

  3. Click Update.

  4. Select the Category from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click Update.
