How To Update Guide Availability

Instructions to update guide availability as an Admin and as a Guide

As an Admin

You can update the guide availability in each of their calendars.

  1. Click Company, then Users.

  2. Click on the calendar icon next to the Guide you want to edit.

  3. Click Add Blocked Time.

  4. Select the Companies the blocked time applies to, enter the start and end dates, select the start and end times, and choose blocked days.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Check their calendar below to make sure the blocks were added.

As a Guide

Because Guide availability is automatic, you only need to enter times/days when you're not available.

Update your availability:

  1. Click My Schedule.

  2. Click Add Blocked Time.

  3. Select the Companies the blocked time applies to, enter the start and end dates, select the start and end times, and choose blocked days.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Check their calendar below to make sure the blocks were added.
