We made the “Custom” feature so you can make private tours for specific groups without running the risk of someone booking who isn’t supposed to be on that group's tour.
When you select "Custom Booking" when editing your listing, this creates a Contact To Book form on your public-facing trip page.
Customers will need to contact you first in order to schedule a trip. This is helpful if you require a lot of information beyond a normal trip.
After they contact you, schedule this listing on the calendar and send them the direct booking link:
1. Go to Listings.
2. Click the Custom tab.
3. Locate the specific trip
4. Click the Link icon.
5. Copy the Booking access link and send your customers that link.
