If admins want to be able to manually assign guides to trips depending on the customers who booked it (i.e. - a guide who's good with kids), now you can!
How to use it
Whenever there's a new booking, the trip will show up on the schedule calendar. You'll also receive a notification of a new booking. From there, you can go into each booking and assign your guide. Guides will receive an email notifying them they've been assigned to a trip.
Selecting the Manually Assign Guides Option
Click Company, then click Settings.
Scroll down and check "Manually Assign Guides". Note: manually assigning guides puts you at risk of overbooking.
Click Save.
Whenever there's a new booking, you will have to assign a guide manually to that trip.
How To Manually Assign A Guide
Go to your Schedule.
Click the booked trip without a guide.
Click the pencil icon.
Open Advanced Options.
Select the guide from the dropdown menu.
Click Save.
