How To Resend Confirmation Emails

Resend a confirmation email to your guests if they can't find their original email

If your customers can't find their confirmation email, you can quickly send them another one.

How to use it:

  1. Click on Trips, then Bookings on the left side panel

  2. Find the correct booking.

  3. Click on the date of purchase.

  4. Next to the number of people, click on the email icon, then click Okay to resend the confirmation email to everyone in the group.
