Once the end date for an active booking has passed, the user who booked it will be tagged as [trip-complete] in Mailchimp so that companies can market to/follow up with them as they see fit!
How to use it
When you sign in to MailChimp, you'll see the tag "trip complete" so you can send emails to only those who have gone on a trip with you.
