Custom Questions Can Now Be Marked As "Required" Or Be Optional

Mark customer questions as required or optional

How this will help you:

If you'd like to get additional information from your customers, but don't want to force them to answer a certain question, this update makes it so you can add a question, but not require it to be answered.

How to use it:

  1. Click Company, then click Checkout Questions.

  2. Next to Question Type, select Required (automatically defaults to required) or deselect it to make it optional.

  3. Click Save.
