This makes it simpler to see all notes. Instead of being one big text block, they are discrete notes with authors, timestamps, and categories. They appear in a chronological timeline. Old legacy notes will appear on the customer page if a company has already entered them.
How to use it:
To add notes to a customer, click on Customers on the left side panel.
Find the customer you want to leave a note for by using their name or email address.
Then click on their name.
Click on the plus button next to Notes to leave additional notes.
Click Save Note when you're finished.
