Line Items Scoped To Specific Listings

Create a line item and apply to it to one or several listings instead of having to apply to all listings.

Line items can now be scoped to specific listings, which means you can create a line item and apply it to one or several listings instead of having to apply to all listings. This is beneficial when you have line items that only apply to certain trips, but not all of them.

How to Create a Listing-Specific Line Item

  1. Go to Payments → Line Items.

  2. Click Add Line Item if you’re creating a new one.

  3. Enter a Name (e.g., City Tax, Park Permit Fee).

  4. Choose the charge type:

    • Percentage (%)

    • Fixed-Dollar ($)

  5. If the line item is Percentage-based, choose how it should be calculated:

    • Seats Only → applies only to per-person seat price

    • Seats + Add-Ons → applies to the total booking amount

  6. Under Listings, select:

    • One or more specific listings
      ​OR

    • Check All Listings if the fee should apply everywhere.

  7. (Optional) Set a Start Date and End Date for seasonal fees.

  8. Click Save.
