If your company allows for deposits to book a reservation, this tool will be helpful for you, especially if a credit card fails, you'll know prior to the start of the trip.
This is how many days prior to the adventure it will collect the remaining deposit payment. This is per-listing so you'll have to edit this on every listing you allow for deposits.
1. Click the Edit Listing icon (pen and paper) or create a new listing.
2. You'll find the Deposit Collection option under Special Booking, Ticketed, Rental, and Booking Window options.
3. Enter a number for the number of days you want to collect the rest of the deposit before the trip. For example, if you want to collect the remaining deposit three days before a trip, enter 3.
4. Click Next to save.
