We know how difficult it can be to track down your guides every day, so we’ve made it super easy to get your guides started quickly. You’ll still have to invite them to join the platform, but you no longer have to wait for your guides to complete their account sign-up before assigning them to trips.
How to use it
The process is the same as normally inviting a guide.
1. Click Company, then Users.
2. Click Invite Guide.
3. Enter their name, email, and phone. Then select the categories they can guide.
4. Click Invite to send the invite to your guide.
Once you invite a new guide to the platform, you’ll be able to immediately start assigning them to trips.
