Now you can determine how much of the service fee you and/or your client pays. This determines how much of the service fee is paid by customers versus the company. By default, customers pay the full 5%.
After speaking with a number of tour operators, we decided that it was a great idea to give tour operators the choice to assume the full 5% service fee, split the fee with their clients, or pass the full fee to their customers. The choice is yours — which it should be.
How to enable this feature
1. Click Company, then Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom to find the Service Fee Slider.
3. Move the slider left if you want to pay more of the service fee. Or, keep it at 5% for the full service fee to be paid by the customer.
