This is a setting on listings that can be used instead of max seats. In other words, guide ratios define how many people a guide can take. Then the system automatically figures out how many seats are available based on available guides.
How to use Guide Ratios
1. Clicks Listings, then tap the Edit icon to edit your listing.
2. Scroll down to where you enter the number of seats available.
3. Next to that, you’ll see Guide Ratio. Enter the number of seats available per guide.
For example, if your Guide-Client ratio is 10:2, enter 2 in the field. Our system will calculate the number of seats to display on the listing page based on the availability of your guides.
