This helps guides stay organized. They can see their open trips across all companies and all bookings from their dashboard.
When a company administrator invites an existing guide with the same email, it automatically adds them to the second company.
If a Guide wants to see which companies they belong to:
1. View this by clicking Settings under the Guide section.
2. They'll see what companies they are associated with under My Companies.
If an Admin wants to see what companies their Guides belong to:
1. Click Company, then Users.
2. Click the calendar icon for the Guide they want to view.
3. Click Add Blocked Time, then click into the Company dropdown menu to see other companies your Guide's part of.
