How To Edit The Confirmation and Review Request Emails

Would like to edit the confirmation emails customers receive with a personal message

You can add additional details and messages in your emails globally.

  1. Go to Company Settings on the left side panel, then click Emails.

  2. Type in your additional text and click Save.

      1. This can include company-wide information you want to send to your guests that's applicable to any and all trips.

    2. Thank you/Please review section in email

      1. This can include specific links to review requests (outside of Orign's auto-generated review request email) or asking to connect on social media, etc.
