If Your Customer Did Not Receive A Confirmation Email

Confirm their email address, have them check their junk folder, and then resend the confirmation email.

Make sure they entered their email address correctly.

Confirm an email address:

1. You can confirm their email address by going to the Customers tab from your dashboard and searching by their first or last name and/or email.

Spam/Junk Folder

1. Next, ask if they checked their spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes automated emails get filtered into spam/junk folders.

Resend Confirmation Email

1. From the Customers' Page, click their name.

2. Click the envelope icon below the trip name to resend the confirmation email.

3. Click OK.

4. Check with your client that they received the email this time.
