Yes, Guides and Admins can see guests' answers to your questions.
Where to find them as an Admin:
Upcoming Trips
1. From the Home Page, scroll to the bottom to see upcoming trips.
2. Click See Details for the trip you want to view.
3. Scroll down to Customers then click Open to view your customer's response to your questions.
Open & Past Trips via Bookings
A “Booking” is where you’ll find the purchase. This is the same place where you’d go to refund a customer.
1. Click Trips, then Bookings.
2. Find your customer and click on Date of Purchase.
3. You'll see your client's answers below the Add-Ons, Waivers, and Inventory boxes.
Open & Past Trips via Adventures
An “Adventure” is a trip on the calendar that can have multiple bookings inside of it.
1. Click Trips, then Adventures.
2. Click on Date of Trip.
3. Scroll down to Customers and click Open to view responses.
Where to find them as a Guide:
1. Click Trips, then click either Open (no guides assigned yet), Upcoming (Trips coming up for you), or Past (trips you've led).
2. Click See Details for the trip you want to view.
3. Scroll down to Customers then click Open to view your customer's response to your questions.
