Once you have your Categories, Listings, connect with Stripe, and everything else set up in your account, the last thing to do before you start getting bookings is to create your Schedule and Availability so your customers can book.
1. Navigate to Schedule, and click on a date you'd like to start adding availability to.
2. Once you click on a date, you'll see a popup where you'll have options to select the Listing you'd like to make available, and also settings to adjust the date and time of day. You can repeat this on days of the week for the start time you select, either repeating the availability on one day of the week or every day of the week. You can choose how far into the future this batch of availabilities repeats.
3. The Public checkbox can be selected if you want your trip to be available for multiple different parties/groups to book until all spots are full. Otherwise, leave it unchecked to close that availability once one booking occurs. Learn more about Public and Private settings here.
4. Once you're happy with how everything looks, click Save and you're all set!
5. If you click Advanced Options, you'll see you can pre-assign Guides and Inventory to the trip before it's booked. This is useful if you only have certain Guides or gear Inventory you want for this specific grouping of availabilities. These are optional, you can control your main Guide availability settings in other parts of the platform which could assign Guides automatically when a new booking occurs, so you don't have to pre-assign them.
6. You can also edit the number of Seats or Spots you want on this particular availability, and can adjust the end-time of the trips if you need to fine-tune the schedule.
7. You can add multiple instances of the same Listing to the Schedule either at the same time or at different times throughout the day to give customers more options to book. Each different start time you want to be available is another time you have to add to the calendar through the same process walked through above.
