How To Create Personalized Company Emails

Origin automatically sends your guests confirmation and reminder emails of their upcoming trips.

1. If you'd like to add additional details to your emails, you can do so by clicking the Company tab, then Emails.

2. Put whatever you want in the "Additional Details in Emails" section.

3. We will always send a reminder email the day before a trip. To send an additional reminder, enter how many days before each trip you'd like it to send. Leave blank to only send a reminder the day before.

4. If you’d also like to write a custom note requesting a Review on Origin in addition to the automated email we send, enter your note in the Thank You / Please Review Section in Email editor.

5. Click Save.
