Bulk removing a waiver template from multiple listings

Remove a waiver template from many listings in one action — useful for retiring old templates or cleaning up your catalog.

Written by Benjamin Lazarov

The flip side of bulk assignment: you can now remove a waiver template from many listings in one action. Useful when you're retiring an old template, swapping in a new one, or cleaning up your catalog.

How to bulk remove a waiver

  1. Go to your Listings page

  2. Select the listings you want to update with the checkboxes (or use Select all)

  3. Click the Remove Waiver bulk action

  4. Review the confirmation dialog — it shows how many listings will be affected and includes a clear warning that future bookings on those listings won't have a waiver requirement

  5. If any of those listings have upcoming bookings with pending unsigned waivers, you'll see an additional warning — those guests will stop receiving reminders if you proceed

  6. Acknowledge the warning and confirm

What happens to listings without a waiver?

If any of the listings you've selected don't have a waiver assigned in the first place, they're silently skipped — no error, no fuss. So you can safely select all listings without worrying about which ones already have a waiver.

How long does it take?

  • 10 or fewer listings: runs immediately

  • More than 10 listings: runs in the background, with progress shown as it completes

What gets logged

Every removal is recorded in the waiver audit log — admin name, listing, template that was removed, timestamp, and whether it was triggered as part of a bulk action.

Important: this affects future bookings only

Removing a waiver template from a listing doesn't affect waivers already signed for past or current bookings on that listing. Only future bookings will have no waiver requirement.
