Until recently, only the person who booked a trip — the booking starter — could see that trip in their Origin account. Anyone else added to the booking would receive waiver requests for a trip they couldn't actually find on the platform. We've fixed that.
What's changed
Anyone added as a participant on a booking can now see the trip in their Origin account, regardless of whether they were the booking starter or were invited later. They can:
See the trip listed alongside any other trips they've booked
Access the trip details (operator, dates, location)
Complete required actions like signing their waiver — without confusion about which trip the waiver belongs to
Why this matters
Cross-outfitter scenarios were especially confusing under the old behavior. A guest might book directly with one outfitter (and see that trip in their account), then get added to a separate trip with a different outfitter — only to find that the second trip didn't appear anywhere, even though they were being asked to sign a waiver for it. Now, every booking a guest is part of is visible to them.
