Guests who can't remember their Origin password no longer have to abandon the waiver flow or contact your team for help — password recovery is now built directly into the waiver login screen.
What's new
A clearly visible "Forgot password?" link sits right next to the password field on the waiver login
Clicking it kicks off the standard password reset email
After resetting, guests are sent back to the waiver they were trying to sign — no need to dig through their inbox to find the original waiver link again
What this means for you
Lost-password issues used to be one of the most common reasons guests reached out to operators or to Origin support during the waiver flow. With this fix, guests can self-serve a password reset and finish their waiver in a single sitting.
