Account identity is now visible on the waiver page

Guests now see whose account is attached to the waiver before signing.

Written by Benjamin Lazarov

When a guest lands on the waiver signing page, we now make it crystal clear which account is attached to the waiver they're about to sign — so you no longer end up with waivers signed under the wrong identity.

What guests now see

Before the waiver form renders, guests see:

  • Their account avatar, name, and email address at the top of the page

  • A clear "Not you?" link to log out and sign in as the right person

  • If they aren't signed in at all, they're prompted to log in (or create an account) before the form appears

Why this matters

Previously, guests sometimes signed waivers while logged in to a household member's or shared device's account — leading to waivers attached to the wrong person and requiring you (or our team) to manually fix the records. Surfacing the account info up front prevents the mistake before it happens.

What happens if a session expires mid-waiver

If a guest's session times out while they're filling out the waiver, they'll be prompted to re-authenticate before submitting. The information they've already entered is preserved, so they don't have to start over.
